The Hand-Tight EXP™ Trap Column is rated to 20,000+ psi. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. Free-Turn™ architecture allows users to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. The EXP™ Trap Column family now offers packed beds available in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm and bed volumes from 1.6-600µL. These Last Drop, PEEK and Polypropylene Mobile Phase Filters are manufactured with a 2.5um PTFE Filter Element and will provide very high filter capacity and throughput while using a maximum amount of solvent. The unique design allows for this flat filter to "vacuum" up to the "last drop of liquid" in the reservoir bottle. The all PEEK, 1/16" Tubing Connector uses the fitting and an ETFE ferrule to hold non-flanged low pressure tubing in to the Filter without leaking. The 2.5um pore size Element will filter undissolved particles from your solvents that are 2.5um or larger preventing them from damaging your HPLC pumps, columns or instrument. Install these filters directly in your mobile phase bottles.
